The main characteristics of series resonance:
1.The operation is quite simple. It is divided into two types: automatic test and manual test. The former can automatically find the resonance point and automatically increase the voltage, while the latter is for manually finding the resonance point and manually increasing the voltage. Both modes are suitable for different test requirements.
2. Capable of setting the test voltage, frequency range, protection current, and pressure application time.
3. In the automatic mode, all you need to do is set the test voltage and duration; the equipment will automatically and precisely adjust the frequency and voltage; and the test will be completed and the data will be saved.
4. It has grounding and flashover protection functions. When the test sample undergoes flashover or the resonant circuit suddenly becomes out of resonance due to other reasons, the variable frequency control power supply will immediately automatically and rapidly cut off the output. At the same time, it will also display the type of protection and the flashover voltage value.
5. It can automatically track changes in the grid voltage and adjust the voltage in real time, ensuring that the high voltage remains stable.
6. For reactors of the same voltage level and capacity, they have smaller volume and lighter weight. Their temperature rise is lower under rated load. They are made of dry epoxy casting, featuring high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation performance, and are both aesthetically pleasing and reliable.
7. The frequency conversion power control box has a large capacity and strong protection functions; it provides excellent output waveforms; it can accept either single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V input power, and is convenient for on-site power acquisition.
8. Flexible configuration: The reactor can be used in series or in parallel, meeting the requirements of different test samples and enabling multi-purpose use with one machine. It offers excellent cost-effectiveness.
