The AC withstand voltage resonance device is mainly composed of a frequency conversion control power supply, an excitation transformer, an inductor, and a capacitor divider. Among them, the frequency conversion control power supply adopts an imported special SPWM digital waveform generation chip, with a frequency resolution of 16 bits. The frequency accuracy can reach 0.1Hz within the range of 20 to 300Hz. At the same time, it adopts an orthogonal asynchronous fixed carrier modulation method to ensure a good output waveform throughout the frequency range. The power part uses an advanced IPM module to ensure the stability and safety of the instrument.
