Recently, the professional team of HV HIPOT went to the Henan Electric Power Company. They completed the entire process of delivering the GDYT-A 10kVA/50kV intelligent non-discharge test device within just 72 hours. By adopting a “technology + service” dual-driven model, they provided high-precision power detection solutions for their partners.
In response to the strict demands of customers for insulation testing of GIS equipment, HV HIPOT has specifically deployed the GDYT-A 10kVA/50kV intelligent non-discharge test device equipped with an AI discharge analysis system. By integrating big data algorithms with pulse current technology, it can accurately analyze the insulation status of GIS, transformers and other equipment with a precision of 0.1pC, automatically generate three-dimensional graph reports, and increase the detection efficiency by 50% compared to traditional methods. The HV HIPOT engineering team, in line with the production line characteristics of the Henan company, innovatively implanted customized diagnostic models, enabling the equipment to be compatible with the detection of multiple specifications of products and achieving a fault identification accuracy rate of 99.8%.
During the project implementation, the engineers not only completed the equipment debugging, but also provided hands-on training to the technicians of the Henan company, teaching them core skills such as the operation of the intelligent diagnostic system and the analysis of partial discharge patterns. Moreover, a long-term remote support mechanism was established.
As a leader in intelligent power inspection, HV HIPOT is reshaping industry standards with “hard technology and soft services”. With the acceleration of the construction of the new power system, the company will continuously iterate intelligent inspection technologies and work with industry partners to jointly build a device safety defense line, injecting technological impetus into the full life cycle management of key equipment such as transformers and GIS.
